MAC Cham Pale for 2010/11

One of MAC Cosmetic's 2010/11 New Year collections is being called Cham Pale. It is described by MAC as;

Cham Pale is a cuvée colour collection that’s cause for celebration – a Champagne smash, shimmering with all the bubbly optimism and golden glow of the best that’s yet to be, in eye shadow from Brule to Et Tu, Bouquet?; Paint pots in Chilled on Ice and Let Me Pop; Lipstick in four shades, especially Quiet Please and Flustered; Lipgelée from Bubble Lounge to Straight to the Head; two Chromographic Pencils (NC15/NW20 and NW25/NC30); Eye Kohl in I Get No Kick; Kohl Power in Feline; Nail Lacquer we call Very Important Platinum!; Studio Fix mascara and new Special Reserve Highlight Powder in four shades ending perfectly elegantly in everyone’s favorite: Rosé Olé. All, for every skin tone. To us!

My thoughts
This collection looks interesting. I love nudes and neutrals and find they are the most often colours used in my collection, albiet small collection, they are still the most used! They go with everything, they go on their own, whats more to say? Its also another chance to pick up the Chromographic pencils in either NC15/NW20 or NW25/NC30 as they are handy nude concealer like pencils used for a multi-tude of jobs such as making eyes appear wider, liping and filling lips, dabbing on imperfections and are handy to transport with no mess required. It also looks like some new powders are being released along with some paint pots. All in all, it looks similar to the All ages, all sexes, all races collection MAC released around the same time last year, which I LOVED. :)

Do you like nude colours, mixed with brights or brights on their own? and how do you like wearing them? :D

I'm brown-skinned and nudes scare me (I'm afraid of not being able to pull them off). But that M.A.C. collection looks really dreamy and lovely...
